PAL or Parenting Assistance Line is a new resource service for parents. By calling a toll-free number, parents can receive help and advise from a parenting resource specialist. This specialist will answer the phone, listen to the caller, and then offer helpful information and support. Callers may also request free literature about their specific parenting concerns. These parenting resource specialists are available from 8:00a.m. - 8:00p.m. Monday - Friday.
